Default Booking at La Fortalesa

Hello there,

"Newbie" here (At last)!!

Was wondering if anyone has stayed at/ has any info, regarding La Fortalesa Apartments (above old restaurant of same name).

Been going to PP for about 27/28 years now - always in a complex except for Capri (and our favourite, "Hostal Bahia").

P.S. apologies to "TangoFan"

Hi again Sparky

What I really wanted to know is, not regarding the restaurant, but rather the apartments above - them which I have paid my deposit for, but can find no mention of anywhere on the web!!!! Any help from member of forum would be gratefully received..
Thanks all.

Can't help re the apartment as I have not stayed there, but the area is good and just up from the beach. There may be some noise form the restaurants nearby and the coaches that service the hotels, but the road is a lot quieter than it used to be.
Parking may be an issue if you are hiring as the side roads there are blue zone parking I believe, you could park in the road (except market day) one back as it is free.
Other than that I am sure you will have a great time, its difficult not to in such a wonderful resort!!

Cannot give you any recent info but stayed on first floor in two bed apartment about 14 years ago, son and grandaughter stayed in one bed. They were comfortable and well equipped including a washing machine. Balconies very small. More like Juliet ones. Two bed had good sized separate kitchen. One bed had small kitchen in living room. At that time owner was a lovely lady who lived on top floor. Very good location for beach, restaurants and square but only views of the street.

Hope this helps.

I have sent you a pm with web link.

Hi Snowy2007

Thanks for the info on La Fortalesa - much appreciated.

So "GOOD" news then - only thing to work out now, is when to change my money!!!
Bring on September.

Though we have been many times before, the last time was about 6 years ago - will we notice many changes??

Regards

John

You will get a better response if you ask individual questions in the relevant areas of the forum, if you are not sure where to post just do it in the "Miscellaneous" section and if needed i will move it to the appropriate area .

Yeah I know - sorry about that, but I should have done my research first!! My fault.

If you really want, then I will be happy to change my Name - if some one can tell me how to do it.

Sincere Apologies

Tangoman, we have lots of members whose forum names begin with Pollensa which isn't a problem, so you don't have to change your name but if you want to you will have to send "Pollensa" (Zelda) a private message, i am not able to do this for you .
