It's definitely working using a Firefox browser. There is another link to try if you are using Internet Explorer. Go to Studio 25, Graphistudio, Weddings Lancashire, wedding photographer lancashire, wedding photographer UK, Wedding Photography, Portrait Photography, Wedding Photographers, Photographs,Lancashire Wedding Photographers, Blackburn Wedding Photographers, Bu and follow the Webcam link on the top bar. On the next page, below the YouTube video, amongest the text are two links - one for internet explorer and one for Firefox and other browsers.
Fingers crossed!!

This is not a webcam for puerto pollensa? Looks like a british town to me and nothing to do with PP?

Sorry clinkham, just re read your post and see the link IS uk webcam and just an example of software that could potentially be used by BH

Looks like the only working puerto pollensa webcam is sail and surf.

Your town looks nice, but just doesn't do it for me like the pinewalk!!

I suppose we have become used to having the webcams in PP and obviously miss them when they are not working. Perhaps the companies which have the webcams have decided they are not worth the bother to them to house them. After all they don't have to!

Thankfully the sail and surf one is working so we haven't been cut off altogether.

Don't think you're the dumbo eleaoner. It really is me who's the dumbo. I just cannot get either of the links mentioned to work on my computer. I don't know if it's my system or the antivirus thingie (very tecno eh?) but something is preventing the installation.

Ah well, looks like i'll have to rely on my happy memories of PP to keep me going until September!

Arrow Brand new webcam!

I'm pleased to announce that there is a brand new webcam in Puerto Pollensa!
While it's not got the best view, it still is very handy to view the weather!
The server times are very limited so it will probably only be operational in the evenings, and it will be up the most on weekends, what is really clever about it though is that it is a streaming webcam which means it is constantly a moving image it does not take 5 seconds to refresh! But of course how fast it is depends on your internet service provider.

So I hope you all enjoy it, and the view will be changing slightly, one day it might be a sea front view, the next a mountain.
There is also a little bit of quiet music playing in the background Normally something Mallorcan.

Kind Regards

Sea Captain

Did you create this webcam sea captin?

You are very clever If you did! i can see a brilliant career in setting up our pp favs with webcams!

Maybe Jamie could put one in o'lume courtyard.........now that would be interresting, especially when forum regulars pop out for dinner (Sparky, big brother is watching!!)

Great SC.....thanks for letting us know!!

(I think!!) These are the two HUGE palm trees on the little street behind the Pinewalk, just along from Coral & Laroc that I always gaze up to on my way home!! Lovely to see them even although I am miles away!!

Yes thank you, I did set this one up Really easily actually, normal webcam and a free Ustream Account. And that's it! And in theory it would not be very hard at all for the restaurants to install webcams! Just need a computer and webcam.

EDIT: Yes you are right Favie! Just there, and I hope on weekends to put it facing the seafront where you can see Alcudia
