Question And you think nothing happens in the Port during winter....

Just when we thought everything was going to be quiet and peaceful we found ourselves in the middle of a bomb square .

We were on our way out for the evening in Geminis18 to find our section of the street had been closed off at both ends by the police/guardia civil, we were not allowed to walk down towards the square so had to go up and along C/Vicent Buades and down C/Tramuntana.
The reason for this was that there was a report of a suspect package near of El Posito which was closed for the day , apparently the bomb squad had been called in but nobody was evacuated so we were all joking and laughing. My theory was that it was an unexpected delivery of bacalao but thankfully it was all a hoax and we didn't have to take a detour to get home.

Oh i forgot to add....two of our neighbours came into Geminis and said that they had received a phone call from their daughter who is in Malaga telling them not to go home because there was a bomb in the street .
