planinig to stay 7 days at hostel bahia 1st week in october just wondering how many bars/restaurants will be open and what the temp will be that time of year

All of them! we have visited in October and not noticed any closed down they tend to close down at the end of October.

Hi gardner1.

Good choice of accommodation, we've stayed at the Bahia a lovely small hotel in a great location, you can't beat having breakfast on the terrace a couple of metre's from the beach.

Hi gardner1

I have stayed at the Hostal Bahia during the first week of October for the past two years and will be doing so again this year. The resort is lovely at this time and, although quieter than july/august, all the bars/restaurants are still open. We've had some rain both years but also some lovely days on the beach and the temperature was in the mid 20s.
