Yes, it is on the front, where the old RAF was.

I remember passing it last year as the Raf bar but as it looked small i didnt go inside. Is there seating out the back?

I have not been in yet, but i would imagine it is like most of the places on the front, they seem to be narrow but they go back a long way.

Stocktonmackem - it is not small at all ..there are a dozen or more tables outside then there is a very roomy interior with a large bar - it goes back further than you would think just from looking at it outside. It has all been re decorated to a very high standard .

Thank you very much Jane. Dedication indeed! Though even with directions I just can't picture this place in my mind at all. Judging by the reviews it will be worth checking out in July.

Thanks Cathb, i will certainly give it a try in july and let everyone know how accessible it is. I will have to check out a few more of the bars on that stretch, i always thought the were very small so didnt bother going in. I will need to stay an extra few weeks to fit them all in. I wish

As it was well over a month since I posted re Joe's place we popped in for lunch today as we fancied a paella. Shared a creme brulee for afters as well.
Both absolutely delicious and highly recommended . Even with just a coffee in the afternoon the brulee is brilliant.

Also tried the house rosados Josep has chosen for the season , it's a Son Mas ( Binissalem) not too dry or sweet.

Noticed that they have now set the MDD at 15.25 including vino which applies all day.

As I said before this place could be the hit of 2009. If you can get better quality for the price elsewhere I'm pinetree climbing next San Antoni !!!!!

O.K. you have sold it to me big boy. We love The Joker's and eat lunch there and Brisa Marina quite often. Never tried RAF but it looked good so we will run the rule in a few weeks time.
If it's bad, beware or the SRA will hunt you down again.

lol, jimbo

I notice that one of the posts said that Joseps is child friendly, is there a childrens menu at all??
Not too many posts qualify the childrens food menu in the restaurants-this, for us anyway usually dictates where we eat!!
