El Posito is now closed in the evenings but are open from 8.30am until about 4pm for breakfast and lunch.

From today until 15th is the ever popular "Quincena Del Bacalao", cod is cooked 8 different ways, just choose which one you want from for 15€ :-

Bacalao with :-

Sobrasada y miel
Muselina y ajo (ali-oli)
Pimientos
Foie
El Posito style
Trufa
Costra de calabacin
A la Mallorquina

I was told last night that Centric will close from either 1st or 5th December and re-open either 1st or 5th February .

Siller has always in the past been open all year, as it is a very popular restaurant with the locals. However this year may be different as there are possible changes in the pipeline
