If you book wifi2go via our site & use code PTOPOLLENSA15, you get a 15% discount! There's been quite a lot of feedback here & none negative as far as I'm aware.

We are using it this week. Very easy to use, very useful with two teenagers in tow! Collected it from the airport, just behind the resort hopper desk. Then return back at the end of the holiday. Can someone tell me how to get to arrivals when we get dropped off at departures please, that's my only concern. We have 4 devices linked to it and switch it off when not using it and charge it up over night. Will definitely use again

Arrivals is one floor down from the departures check in area.

There is a lift which goes down to the arrivals area from departures hall ...you come out on the public side of arrivals not the airside ...easy peasy no stress then back in the lift up to departures and then up the escalator to security etc etc etc

Hello everyone!

To get to the first floor, if you enter the departures terminal through the door marked easyjet, there is a lift right on your left hand side. This will take you to arrivals, and the office is only 30 mts to the right. Altogether 1-2 minutes.

And thank you all for your good comments!!! :-)

We've used wifi2go twice and can thoroughly recommend. Easy pick-up and drop-off and brilliant to use, not only in your villa/apartment but out and about too.

I think I'll definitely be using them for my next visit now then. I'll post as to how it goes, and I'm always brutally honest with write-ups!!!

Default Unlocked MiFi

I have a Huawei MiFi which I use in the UK and on hols in PP. It's unlocked, so any sim card will do but it can be a bit of a faff getting a suitable (i.e. data) SIM in PP.

Used Hits last year and found them very good but knowing how things can change, has anyone any recent info about data SIMs available from local suppliers?

Hi clinkham

Just wondered if you had found a better sim for pp or is the hits one still good to use. Just looking at the huawei mifi and wondered how easy it is to use in pp and also which model do you have
Many thanks

Just back from a week in PP and thought I'd use the "wifi2go" gadget.

Booked online with 15% discount through puertopollensa.com. Very efficient and quick email system. Gadget worked well, we just kept it plugged in at our apartment. Couldn't believe how small it is!

Great little system and easy to order, collect and drop off at the Jet2 kiosk at B exit. Saves the cost and hassle of having the internet installed in the apartment against the amount of usage it would have. Will definitely be using them again.

As an aside, also met the Whaleywanderers while in PP, very nice couple happily settled into Mallorcan life!

Apologies for not replying to this - must have missed your post.

To tidy up after our visit in April, I couldn't find a supplier of Hits sim cards and the alternative I was offered performed very poorly. So bad it has been erased from my memory and I don't recall the network name.

Now preparing the ground for our arrival towards the end of the month and have been looking at what the big names have to offer.

Wifi2go have had many good reports from fellow fourmites, which would be the trouble free way to go. However I have my own Mifi unit so am just looking for a data sim on pay as you go.

Vodafone are advertising (on a page directed at visitors to Spain) a data sim at 15 for 1.5 Gb of data and a voice sim @ 20 with 60 minutes included.

Nearest Vodafone shop looks to be in Alcudia - Av Avda.

Any thoughts on the above deals? Can anyone confirm the Vodafone shop is still there?

Thanks
