Default Community issues

Hi all

I have an apartment at Pollentia Mar in PP. We have an administrator who runs the community for us.
In short, we have a pool area presently part grassed and tiled. Some of us wish to get it either totally tiled or decked over.

The main problem is that the condition of the grass is extremely poor and is full of ants and cat mess. It looks very shabby, we have no seating etc.

I'm desperate to improve it and it's been on the AGM several times but people lack interest in voting when it comes to having to contribute financially.

We have already had a couple of quotes. Has anyone any ideas about materials or recommendations of building firms or work done around their own community pools?

Nick a cheaper and a better looking way could be to use astro turf I have done this around my pool so people don’t slip on the tiles around the pool and it also looks better. Looks like grass but needs no maintenance and you can buy it by the metre from Leroy Merlin they have different qualities at different prices. If a couple of you got together you could put it down yourselves. If I could I would do all my grassed area with it save me using the lawn mower but for the pool area is great.
