It is quite difficult for anyone to be awarded with the 'Eleanor seal of approval" but I very gladly award it to Paul of Project. Paul's advertisment is in the Property services section of this site and I suggest anyone looking to have work completed to speak to Paul.

Paul worked very hard at our villa to ensure work was completed by the time of our arrival. He does what he says he will do and is always available at the end of the phone. He is a really nice hardworking man who understands the problems of distant living. I can be somewhat difficult lol not by intention but more by the frustration of everyday living. As my husband often says - I am a real pain!.
Paul has a calm and confident manner and comes up with the solutions which gives confidence that he is in control.

It is important to recognise good people and good work. It is easy to post what is and goes wrong. It is great to be able to praise where it is due.

AND - just look how lovely my tree looks!! Thank you Paul.

Eleanor your tree!!! It's looking great What did Paul do to it though thought he was a kitchen and bathroom man!?

I'm hoping to fix an appointment with him in July to 'do' our two bathrooms and if he's got the Eleanor seal of approval that's ok with me

Hi Debz. Paul organised and supervised the tree and garden work as you are right he doesn't do that work physically himself. Doesn't it look great?? I'm so pleased as I did wonder if we may lose it earlier in the year. It has gone from having the hippy look to a nice punk style lol.

Yes certainly I can recommend Paul for your bathrooms. I think others have commented positively on his work too which is a reason I approached him. Go for it!
