Default Advice on finding work and studying Spanish please

I am hoping to travel to mallorca again this summer (about april) and would like to work in Pollenca. Can anyone advise me on finding a job for the summer? Am prepared to do most things (within reason!).

Whilst there i would also like to study Spanish - i'm at conversational level at the moment through living and working on the island in previous years but have never studied spanish and need help in finding a tutor or language school in the area.

Whilst we were out there a couple of weeks ago I noticed several shops & cafes with notices on the door asking for staff. I think the easiest thing may be to arrive (with some cash to keep you going) & then just look around.

There are likely to be more jobs in Puerto Pollensa than Pollensa town itself. Several of the hotels & restaurants are starting to open this month.

Thanks for that, i'm going in April and have somewhere to stay so by the sounds of it it shouldn't be too difficult to find a job.

Any info re: learning spanish?

Default learning Spanish

There are two or three language schools in the pto/pollensa area where you can subscribe to intensive courses. You'll see their ads in the local English language daily newspaper the Majorca Daily Bulletin.
The local council runs cheaper courses but these usually take place from October to May
