Need Spanish conversational practice

I am looking for a native Spanish Castilian speaker for conversation practice with my 12 year old son between 20 July and 25 August 2018 in exchange for English/Russian, or a cash payment. Does not have to be a teacher.
We stay close to Flora apartments. Pls PM me.
