Take a look under the topic heading for car rentals or place Terrys car hire into search and you will find there are a number of posts relating not only to Terrys but other car rental companies too. Well worth having a quick read as car hire has been a major topic over the past few months. It will give you an idea of peoples experiences with many. I haven't personally used Terrys but there are positive posts on this forum which is a good start.

If it's of any help to anyone I always "Google" "cheap car hire Mallorca" and it brings up all the options you'll ever need.

Please bear in mind that if you're only going for a few days or don't intend to use much fuel, it's always best to use a company with the "hire full, return full" policy. (As I found to my cost recently).
