Palm Cathedral travel for those with limited mobility?

June 5th draws ever nearer!

Please could anyone advise on getting to see the Cathedral in Palma for someone with limited mobility? I cannot manage a lot of steps neither can I walk any great distance.
Mainly I suppose i need to know on access from bus/train station?

Where does one pickup the open top bus - and does it stop at the Cathedral?
