I don't think that you can get a bus to Sa Pobla anymore. Several years ago they ran one that connected with the train but then stopped it.
Here is a link to one of my posts about changing trains at Enllac. Checking the timetable for 2017, it looks like the same system is still in place.

If you are thinking of going during the high season then be aware that the old station will have long queues for tickets and the last train back to Palma can be very crowded. I always stand on the footplate of the carriages to get the breeze but beware of soot in your eyes!!

Thank you Gommar Goffer. We've decided after reading feedback to go during our May/June visit and not in August's visit as originally planned.
