Just back from Port we used Auriga Crown who are based in the airport 11 min wait then collected car immediately from car park, very quick, efficient cheap service,highly recommended.
Our friends arrived at the same time ,yes you have guessed it Record hire,we agreed to meet later ,we were unpacking our bags in the Port when I received a text to say they had just got their keys at airport.
When is this company going to get it's act together? Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

We've used a local company, Autosroig, both as part of a villa package and independently. Their office is actually within the airport multi storey carpark and the service is quick and efficient. We vowed we'd never use a company where you have to get a transfer shuttle after an awful experience with Centauro a couple of years ago (scrambling for a minibus followed by a 50 minute wait to pick up the car on a hot August day not my idea of getting the holiday off to a good start!) When we paid separately for the car hire for a short break in March, Autosroig seemed very reasonable.

Let's hope they don't let us down tomorrow!!
