Yesterday our friends had an 8am pick up for a 12.20pm flight.

Hoppa Pickup Times for Return Flights
 
We have been given Hoppa Pickup times in Puerto Pollensa of 8.45 a.m. on Saturday - this is for flights leaving at 3.40 p.m. Almost seven hours in :confused:front seems a bit excessive.

Is there anything we can do about it, or do you think it is because of the road closures etc. for Ironman??

I think you have answered your own question, there will be considerable disruption on Saturday due to the Ironman :rolleyes:.
