Default The Dustsheets

Spring is on it's way and it sounds like the dustsheets are comming off at some of our favorite resturants. The town will be waking up to a new season.
So where will be your first port of call? Who's place can't you wait to sit down in and which dish are you most looking forward to?
Come on share with us your first meal and where it will be.

Take care.

Rob

First meal this year will definitely be at Los Zarzales ...... my daughter and I went for the first time when we were out in October. We used their taxi service and after such good service and such recommendations on the website couldn't wait to try the restaurant. We were not disappointed ....... I had Suckling pig daughter had lamb.

We are not in PP until July but will look forward to introducing the rest of the family to such a great place ...... and then during the rest of the fortnight we will revisit all our fave's and try a couple of new ones ......... Siller for one after all I have read.

Great to see you posting again Rob ...... you have been missed

Think we will definitely try O Lume next weekend as it has had such good reviews..and of course we'll be going to my favourite Los Zarzales..Oh cd that suckling pig is just divine

So that just leaves one more night and sooo many great restaurants to choose from...C'an Costa? La Fortelesa? Siller? Or shall we stay in and I'll cook..er yeah right!

Help me decide ...PLEASE!!!

I was in Pto last week and took my son to O Lume. It was his first time there & he was very impressed. The meal as usual was excellent as was the service and the roaring log fire made the whole setting really nice & cosy especially as it was pouring with rain outside! Sadly we were the only table but i give the owners 11 out of 10 for consistency! Most would have locked up and gone home!

I'm looking forward to going back to Pto in a couple of months & O Lume is certainly high on our 'must visit' list!

For those of you who haven't yet been....give yourselves a real treat!

Los Zarzoles it is for me too!!! Was last there in October and can't wait to get back there sometime in June. O Lume will be another highly anticipated visit after what has been a rough winter. Ahhh. One can but sit and dream.
