Magpie, A scroll through the "Bars/Restaurants should give you most of the answers you require, it's pretty accurate. To date no restaurant has ever attained 100%

Welcome to the forum Ken
Are you staying in Port Pollensa or Pollensa 'old' town as the recommendations for restaurants will be different depending on where you are staying.

The title of the forum is "Bars & Restaurants in Pollensa, Majorca Where to eat and drink. For great reviews and comments on bars, cafes and restaurants".
Bit of a silly topic to start a thread - "any recommendations for eating and music"
Just go through the posts (of which there are lots of recommendations) or have a stroll when your there. Thats the idea of a holiday. To try different things.

I really don't agree with you Russets, it is sometimes difficult for new members to know exactly where to post their queries and it does not help when older members make this kind of comment . I for one am happy to answer their questions as accurately as i can and to point them in the right direction for the information they are looking for.
Magpie (Ken) please feel free to ask your questions and if you post in the "wrong" place it doesn't matter we can move it to wherever it should be .

Its always difficult when you are a newbie on a forum and sometimes its easier to start with simple questions, so welcome Ken to the forum, it would be great to get your opinion of the place when you go to see if you think it does still have the charm, it some ways it has changed, in others it hasn't, hopefully you will find some things familiar.
As for music, it has changed in that way, more available then when we first started going, check out the forum as members often post events close to the time and also look out for flyers when you are there.
