Terrible lunch
 

Quite agree Portofan, would'nt have normally been our way of doing things, but when you have had 4 different members of staff all disagreeing with you about raw chicken and then an older more senior man shrugging his shoulders and telling us 'it's ok, it's good' over and over again.... We did ask to speak to the manager but he 'was very busy with hotel matters' and my husband offered to come back later in the day when it was convenient that's when we were asked to 'just pay your bill and leave, and that is when we refused....we come PP at least twice a year because we love it so much and we have never had an experience like this in 18 years.....

Personally I think you did absolutely the right thing. You gave the opportunity of putting right you also tried to communicate your displeasure. There attitude seems not to have been 'the customer is always right!'.

I would have done exactly as you but probably much earlier! Good for you!

Seems some things in the Miramar have gone to "pigs and whistles!":mad:

Makes you wonder how they'd have dealt with it, had you been resident there?:eek:
