Just booked my mother and father for their 1st vist to the port after holidaying there myself for the last 3 years! Just wanted to know what everyone's thoughts would be on how to make a great 1st impression reguarding restaurants and bars in the Port? Where should i recommend to them for a great 1st impression?

Hi Simon.

Only one spot for a 1st visit,lunch or evening,the view,setting and food,
its got to be Stay.
2nd day, taxi into town, sit and watch world go by and eat at Il Gardino.

Enjoy yourselves!

Simonm,
Ignore the others, go with Annascotland's suggestion. Zarzales is the perfect place to impress any visitor to Puerto Pollensa. A table in the courtyard can't fail to impress. If they are not impressed and delighted with Zarzales, the staff, the service and the food then there is something wrong with them.
Enjoy!
Tony

Looking forward to see your popsts, Wizzard.

I have to agree with Jonquet and Debz. Its got to be Stay. Great food, great service, and the best location in the Port.

First impressions - drive in from Alcudia as you first arrive - or better still come by boat!

Tony Los Z would be my 3rd night choice! Just think if somone has never been to PP or Pollensa before they may prefer more of a view than a courtyard...albeit a very beautiful courtyard if you're reading this Yolanda!!

Hasta luego x

Hi

Tried again with an edited post from Thursday (Everone else has more or less suggested what I suggested) but just to give my take on 1st impressions.

Again did not get post through. Was logged on to forum. Is there a time limit for been logged on or a maximum post length ? Was i timed out ?

Sure Somon is getting some good feedback anyway just would have liked to
give some of my own ideas.

Thanks

The Wizzard
