O'lume

I had my usual Steak and loved it both times. And one of Pops lamb chops when she was chatting to the staff
You can tell by the texture and taste of the meat served that it is of the highest quality.
The ambiance in the resturant made for 2 nights that are hard to beat.
Talking to a few locals who frequent O lume they reflect the same feelings as many of the other forum members.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
I forgot to mention this. We popped into O lume the night before our second visit for a drink and to book a table.
Jaime was about to turn us away!!!! because he explained he was fully booked and was on the phone bringing an extra member of staff in because of the people just turning up expecting a table!!! He looked so relieved when we told him we wanted to book for the following night. Before we left 3 large parties arrived!.
This happened on a friday night in winter, what will it be like in the summer?

I think we will have to forget the old days of walking in and expecting a table.

Please take my advice........Book early!
