Default Alcudia Town

We hadn't visited the old town in Alcudia for 7 or 8 years so thought we'd take a run along on the bus from PP.

What a lovely morning we spent! I had forgotten how pretty it is and there were lovely little boutiques and shops to wander in and out of before an obilatory walk around the walls and a nice lunch.

A nice change of scenery and great view of the bay from the bus.

We always used to go on the first sunday in october for the big fair. Have not been in years but it was a great morning out, the streets would be heaving and there is so much to see. All kinds of animals, cars, motor bikes household goods, clothing, shoes, fruit, veg, meat, cheese, fish, flowers you name it. And there are some lovely bars tucked away in the side streets. Maybe we will venture over again this october.
