Mmm.. the cellar tour takes all of two minutes if I remember correctly, unless they have extended now. So the tasting took up the rest of the time then!!! Did you have any nibbles etc? which package would you think would be the best to do?

Was just about to do a search on them again and hit the wrong page, came up with a wine seller advertising sale of the wine!!

Ca'n Vidalet, Merlot Pollenca Majorca Spain

Characteristics: A twinkling ruby red in the glass, this is a beautifully balanced wine with an aroma of very ripe red fruit, berries and fried apples.
£131.88 per case (£10.99 per bottle) •
Ca'n Vidalet, Merlot Pollenca Majorca Spain 2004
Temperature controlled and very gentle fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of maturation in new Barrique Barrels made of Never Oak. Bottled in March 2006

Thanks honey, managed to get onto it all by myself though, sometimes I can be really clever!! Still need you for the difficult things though!! Think Id go for the 12 euro tasting - more food means less hangover!
