Default Macia Batle 2004 Crianza

Had the most delicious bottle of wine of our whole holiday in the strangest of places....Little Italy!!

LI has taken on a wine waiter, who was not only very charasmatic, but managed to pull of knowledgeable without being snooty.

He decanted the wine in front of us and we had an agonising 5 minutes while he insisted it was given time to breathe... think it added to the anticipation...and drinking it right on the pine walk in candlelight looking out to sea....heaven.

You may be able to find Macia Batle in other parts of the UK.
Our local Independent wine shop in sunny Pwllheli stock it.
I asked them if they would stock it for me, and over the summer it has become a very popular wine with their other customers.
I'm suer your local wine shop would be able to do the same for you.
Cheers!
