Default Cycling from PP

Hi this will be our first visit to PP, and we are keen to do some cycling.

From reading this fabulous forum, it appears that procyclehire seems a good choice. Is it far from Tonia apartments ?

Also, where can I get ideas for routes around 20 miles (my distance) or more challenging for the other half!! I like coastal paths but he likes hills. Is there a good route to see any old towns or villages?

Would appreciate any advice :-)

I am sure that whichever cycle hire company you choose to use will be able to give you all the info you need .

Talking

As someone who regurely hires out bikes in the Port I can say that Bruce at Pro cycling is hard to beat, although my mates wife tried to hire a comfy bike (with large fat seat & they: were unable to find anything suitable).
There are lots of routes around the distances you desire, I would buy a map head off on the coast road to Alcudia then turn right on one of the many quiet roads towards Pollensa then after refreshments in the old town head back through the La Font area.
Perfect.

Bruice at Pro Cycling helped us out when we went there a few months ago with a similar request. We bought a laminated cycle routes map off of him that detailed exactly how far the various rides were and the gradients of the hills. We went from his palce, to Alucdia and then on to Sa Pobla and then back through Pollensa.

Happy cycling!
