PP Swimming Pool

Hi Folks
Does any one use the PP swimming pool frequently (especially in winter)? Is the pool 25m? Do they have lanes up for lap swimming? Are the opening hours decent?
I know the sea is great for swimming but I like to pool swim as well.
Thanks for any input!
