Default Pollensa golf course

Is in fantastic condition and is a treat to play. A million times better than previous. €45/9 holes or €65/18.

Interesting....I popped by in late March and it looked deserted and run down. Didn't inspire me to want to pay 65 euros for a round.

I also popped into Alcanada in March....very nice!

€45 is a steal, especially compared to alcanadas green fees. Honestly, I was the places biggest critic but it has turned itself around. No, it’s not alcanada but if you want a quick hit with the best views of the bay get yourself up there.

Completely agree on Pollensa, they deserve real credit for the hard work over the last few years. One of the members told me it is now owned by Chinese investors, not sure if that’s true or not.
It isn’t fair to compare it with Alcanada, which is in a league of its own, and regularly voted one of the best courses in Europe.

I agree. Course is getting better and the staff are as friendly as ever. The views over the bay from the clubhouse with a post round beer are hard to beat and the 9th / 18th hole is still one of my favourites anywhere.

Also bought this year 20 nine hole rounds that can be used by friends and family for €650 which works out at €32.50 per nine hole round.

Still love playing, Alcanada, Pula, Canyamel etc. but Pollensa still represents good value local golf

Fabulous welcome. Fairways looking good. But WHY are the the greenkeepers strimming when the greens haven't been cut at 10.30 in the morning??? Crazy.

Is the restaurant (with the beautiful views) open for lunch to non-members/players?.
