From recollection the route from CSV to PP is easy enough to find.

You need to walk around the coast road past Cala Molins, up a fairly steep hill back up the valley, to a viewpoint and a roundabout which looks like it, and the roads feeding off it, were put in for some development which has (thankfully) never taken place.

At the roundabout its straight on the road as it gets worse and worse till it peters out into a track. This then goes down the hill towards the Siller area of PP.

It is also quite easy to follow on Google Earth, at least as far as where the road turns into the track.

As to whether it is open or not, I cannot say. I last walked it in October last year.

HTH

If you cross the Formentor Road about 200 yards before Capabro and cut through Siller there is now a brown wooden signpost marked "Cami de Cala San Vincente" showing you the way to the start of the track.
