Default Boquer Finca

Just been back to Puerto Pollensa and visited the Boquer after a few years. Can anyone tell me if the farm is still in use. I presume that the old lady who used to sit outside has died. There seemed to be a little work done but then it has been left. Also there was no dog tied up outside but there was a black dog tied up just over the little wall as you entered through the gate. Also does the Ora Playa close early as there was no sign of life and it looked shut down. Many thanks.

As you go past the farm & look on the back there has been extensive building works including a new roof.
No pooch but a chap 50ish came out of the side door when we were walking past.
