How do i make a post?.

Could you tell me how to make a post on the forum. Sorry for appearing stupid but it is really annoying me. I have to do 2 posts before i am accepted apparently, so maybe thats why i cant work it out. Again apologies in advance.

Thanks for the reply. I am still finding this a little confusing as previously eaxplained, I am not used to forums etc. I was wondering if there are any trips to vineyards from p.p currently on offer from anyone/company. We will be arriving on 21st june for 2 weeks and have a strong interest in tapas and wine (who wouldn't?).
