Default PP.com going pink.

For those of you who may wonder what is going on, we are showing support for the Breast Cancer Awareness fund raisers here in the Port. So we want as many members as possible to use the "Magenta" font for their posts just for this weekend. Thanks for your support.

Hi Rosie, when you have selected the colour you will see "Magenta" followed by ][. You need to type your message in between the ] and [, hope that helps.

The easiest way to post in pink is to type everything first, highlight it all & select the magenta colour. You should see your text like this:
HTML Code:
 [COLOR="Magenta"]your text here[/COLOR]

Thumbs up

And behalf of a previous Breast Cancer patient (myself 12 years ago) I do want to thank everybody who is supporting patients & new research. I was one of the lucky ones & benefited from being on a trial of new chemo drugs (lost all my hair but it came back as thick as ever!). Unfortunately some of my work colleagues were not so lucky!

And to be honest pp.com would not be here if I hadn't had to take a year of work & then decided to do something different!

I have given a donation on behalf of puertopollensa.com but please do carry on donating & supporting this cause.

Zelda

So glad to hear you were one of the lucky ones Zelda...treatment is improving all the time too.

As the pictures of the fundraising are no longer appearing on the list of "new posts" thought I would enter it here for the rest of "Pink Week-end"...would hate folk to miss them.

Thanks for the link favie - good to have so many all in one place! So glad things worked out for you Zelda. Unfortunately this is something that is close to so many people and to hear of good outcomes gives hope to everyone concerned.
