Glad you like Crowded House Debz, I have most of their tracks. But Best of Cafe del Maor especially Entre dos Aguas and Tatouage Bleu well where can I source that?.
The Chill out tracks are on another thread, so you can add them to that one.
As for picking the tracks to go on to the CD. I'm working on that. if each track last 3 minutes then i can put 23- 24 tracks on the normal CD. but with ATRAC3 I can put the lot on my CD and play it on my ATRAC3 Walkman.
Maybe we need to have a poll for which tracks go on. Some tracks I wont be able to source.
Mean while keep the suggestions comming in and maybe it will have to be a 2CD set!.
Take care.

Rob

My family will now be groaning as they now know a few of the cd's I will be taking on holiday - sorry!

I've only really heard the singles from the Doves. but love Coldplay's music.
How about the great James Brown and Get it Up (I feel like being a sex machine)?.
I'm so enjoying all these tracks now!. Keep sending them in.

Hi Rob!

I heard "Walking on Sunshine" yesterday on the way to work and was going to suggest it for you. You beat me to it!!!

Sadly yesterday it was grey and drizzly here but the song cheered me up!

OK Rob, I will!!

How about Texas and "Inner Smile"?

This song reminds me of a holiday in France when I took the Texas album with us in the car and that was all. I just have to listen to this track and I'm back in the beautiful French countryside.

I love the music too and thinking of PP and my friends on the forum always lights up my "inner smile"!

Oh Rob!!

Just thought of another one!!

"Perfect Day" by Duran Duran but re-released by various artists?

The mention of drinking "Sangria in the park" does it for me!

Just come back from a party and what got every one up dancing? my request of songs from Grease. Got every one in a summery party mood. summer nights and your the one that I want bring back happy memories from my early teens.
Also my husbands request of build me up buttercup. we certainly got the party going. Actually, I can admit to being the first one on the dance floor. Not unusual tho I must say.
I like a party. (once it gets going)

Well Jane I've got your "inner smile" at the thought of "sangria in the park",and yes it would be a "perfect day" sharing it with our friends from the forum.
Nice warm thoughts here.
Take care.

New Richard Thompson album, "Front Parlour Ballads" released today on Cooking Vinyl, available from Amazon for £9.99.

As Robin Denslowe said in his review in Friday's Guardian, "Our very own Bob Dylan!!"
