sunday shopping

Hi All,
A simple question, we are arriving around 11am on a Sunday. I wanted to stop off at the Carrefour Carrer del Cardenal Rossell. I understand it might be open during peak season but when exactly is that? We flying out on the 3rd of June, will it be open then?

If not where else might be open on the way up to Alcudia that would sell Baby food, milk and all the goodies I would need to set me up for a week in a secluded villa with the in-laws.

Any help would be most appreciated as I have been pulling my hair out over this holiday and want it to be a smooth as possible.

Sorry Von i don't know about Carrefour or any of the supermarkets in Palma or Alcudia but in Pollensa and the Port both Eroski and Hypercentro will be open until 2pm.

Hi Carrefour and Alcampo are usually closed on a Sunday , there's also Mercadona in Alcudia which stocks everything not sure of opening hours .

Ps Carrefour have a website that can be translated into English it has all the opening hours and holidays there I think , maybe worth looking at as it has contact details also if you wanted to emal .

I can't comment on carrefour,but Mercadona don't open on Sundays,however Lidl in Alcudia do. I think the big hyper centres e.g Al campo are only allowed to open for so many Sundays a year.

Thanks guys really appreciated, I think i'm going to try and get to the Eroski in Sa Pobla, route planner states that its about a 40min journey from the Airport to Alcudia. is that a fair estimation?

Lidl Pollenca is now opening on Sundays until 3 pm.
