Default Spanish Meat cuts

As meat cuts are different in Spain to the Uk does anyone know of a good list of Spanish Beef and Pork meat cuts and their nearest equivalent in English?

Hope this is helpful.

BEEF:-
Chuleta = bone-in rib steak.
Lomo = loin.
Lomo bajo = sirloin, entrecote.
Solomillo = fillet.
Falda = skirt/flank.
Pecho = brisket.
Pescuezo = neck.
Morcillo = shin.
Rabo = tail.

PORK:-
Paletilla = shoulder.
Lomo = loin.
Costillas = spare ribs.
Panceta = belly.
Jamon = ham/leg.

OFFAL:-
Callos = tripe.
Carrillos = cheeks.
Corazon = heart.
Higado = liver.
Lengua = tongue.
Rinones = kidneys.

Default Spanish Meat Cuts

Sparky was very helpful.
The problem though is that not just the language but the cut of meat itself.
For example what is the spanish equivalent of Wing Rib Steaks?

Not heard of "Wing rib steaks" before but Fore ribs are Lomo alto and Short ribs are Costilla.
