Default Sunday supermarkets - out of season

For those coming out before 1st May (when Eroski opens on Sundays) both Voramar Supermarket & the Spar on the front (south of the Marina) were open today. Voramar is open until 8pm.

The Eroski on the main road closer to the Old Town is open on Sundays until 2pm,but obviously a car is needed.

Does anyone know if the supermarkets will be open on Good Friday? I am hoping that perhaps they will open in the morning and do Sunday hours.
We are due to arrive on Thursday evening so may not get the chance to hit the supermarket.

Oh no! I hope there will be plenty of restaurants open. We have 2 children so I had better make sure that I can at least find somewhere to buy water on Thursday night - perhaps in the airport!

At least I will be prepared!

Thank you for your help.

Hannah

I think I remember you posting ot say you rented from someone on this site

If that is the case, I am sure if you email or phone them they will be able to arrange for some water and basic provisions to be left for you by their management company

You may pay a little over the odds but it will be worth it to know you will have water breat and milk available for you when you arrive
