Default butchers

just got back home from my holiday and would like to recomend the butchers on the side street near the viper supermarket. I asked for some fillet steak he told me the fillet steak comes in on a saturday and if you go in you can order then but he recommended some steak which was delicious I made a pepper steak and also went back the next day and bought the same steak cut thin and we had this with fried onions and mushrooms on a baguette being that the euro is not good to the pound this was a money saving find and a quick meal that was really nice. also made a homemade shepherds pie and a homemade plate meat pie very cheap and really good.

Good post Micha!...we are out for a month soon and can't splurge our cash too fast, so as lovers of steak au poivre I take note!..

This sounds like a good idea. We will be looking to make the holiday spends stretch a little further when we arrive in 2 weeks so we're thinking of eating in a few times.
We're staying at the Llenaire end so could you point me in the right direction please.

I'd appreciate directions too. The supermarkets don't seem to have the best selection of meat. Where can you buy decent lamb in PP?
