Default Late night shop.....

We dont get into Palma Airport until 23.00 on a Saturday Night. I doubt we will be in the Hire Car much before midnight? Does anyone know if there are any late night shops in or near the airport or very late night shops in PP where we can get water and some late night snacks/ nibbles? I reckon we will get to PP around 1 in the morning?

Hi Mark I think it would probably be best to buy your water and snacks at your departure airport once you've gone through security, as you won't find any shops open in PP at 1 am. When we used to rent I used to pack a few tea bags,a carton of milk and some biscuits in one of the cases so at least we could have a cuppa when we arrived.

Alternatively have you asked the agents you are renting from if they do a welcome pack? I'm sure if they don't normally and you explain you are arriving late they will do one for you.

I can only agree with Debz.

Last year we arrived in PP about 1am and needed water. There wasn't one shop open. We ended up buying a few small bottles in a hotel - which was quite expensive!

Will do exactly that guys, thanks! I will ask the people we are renting from to leave us a couple of litres of water in the fridge. I do remember getting water and stuff from a petrol station late one night, maybe that was when I stayed up in Soller?
