Default Health Foods

Hello, I am on a gluten-free and dairy-free diet for health reasons (yes, it is a pain!). Is there such a thing as a health food shop in the PP area, or does perhaps a supermarket stock some products (maybe soya milk, soya burgers, rice cakes)? It would be really useful to know as I will bring them from UK otherwise but that's obviously a hassle. If there is one, I don't suppose anyone knows the phone no.? I would be very grateful. Thanks a lot.

Hi Marie,

the Caprabo big supermarket definitely has a section for those sorts of foods & I have seen a health shop too. Also the pharmacy may have stuff. I really think you will be OK but will try & look when we visit again in Feb.

There is a health food shop in Calle Vincent Buades next to the Laundry but not sure how well stocked it is.

Hi. Yes there is a good Health food shop in the town. I too am dairy free and buy rice milk from there. the supermarkets also stock a good supply of soya products.
