Default Gluten free shopping

Could anyone with a gluten allergy give any advice on the availability of, and where to buy, gluten free food - bread etc etc

Thanks, HD

Also, have a search for 'gluten' for earlier posts and threads about the subject.

All the supermarkets sell GF produce, with some items it's the only option at times .

We regularly visit and were last there in September 2019 with a daughter who is gluten free and we have
always found the Hiper and Euroski stocked so much better than UK supermarkets. We bring food home! Al Fresco take away offer GF rolls.
