Default Where to buy......?

I'm popping out for a few days from Thursday and part of my time is to buy a few items. I'm needing some fold up sun loungers and parasol, idea for garden or beach. Plus a Barbeque, Ideally kettle type, but not as expensive as a webber....so a copy of a webber ideally?

Has anyone spotted anything suitable locally or even elsewhere? I did see some good sun beds in Manacor in October, but don't particularly want to go that far.

I guess as always it depends on budget.

At the cheaper end of the scale, you could try one of the Chinese Bazaars that are around the port - perhaps the larger one on the road to Pollensa (just past Lidl/Eroski on the left hand side). This one has lots of garden / beach stuff, and it's called Pollensa Shopping Centre Bon Preu Outlet - look out for the red sign.

Otherwise, you might try Plomer, which is a hardware shop with lots of garden furniture and BBQs, etc. It is just off the same road to Pollensa but, heading towards the old town, turn off just before Lidl, and you will find it about 250m on your left.

All the best

I went in Descanshop in Manacor but it was all overpriced.

I bought the Applaro range from Ikea which I'm very pleased with.

JYSK in Inca have a lot of reasonable stuff out front. Otherwise Plomer do a decent range.

BBQ wise, Plomer sell a lot of top end gear but if you want a copy cat version then I'd just head into Carrefour when you get off the plane. You'll find loads of decent loungers in there too. And while you're there there's a JYSK next door too.

Never write off Lidl though!!

There is always Bauhaus in Marratxi.

You can see what they do online before hand...

Just Google bauhaus.es

There is a great 'B & Q' type store the name of which eludes me in Alcudia town. It is on the left on the road down to the port near the big supermarket. It doesn't look much from outside but it is like the Tardis - very well stocked and super helpful staff. They stock just about everything on your list.

Just recalled the name - Ferrateria Llomgar in C/Pollentia, Alcudia.

Their website is bricocentrollomgar.com
