Default Bread making

Mrs AK has just gone on a bread making course with delicious results. We are out tomorrow and she wants to continue, but is unsure where she can get the correct flour, apparently is is different from normal flour.

Can any of you bread makers help?

You can buy various bread flours in LIDL , I think maybe the British Food Shop sell bread flour but I always use Harina Fuerte (Strong Flour) from EROSKI and it works well.

Yes, I also use the Harina Fuerte from Eroski (and its Mallorcan!). For instant yeast, buy little packets of levadura, but make sure it says 'levadura de pan', not just levadura, as this is baking powder - which I found out to my cost!

I have bought bread flour from Lidl in the past, the results are not as good as Eroski flour.
