I'm having a problem finding a nice kaftan type wrap here in the UK for around the pool. I suppose year after year of miserable summer weather has done it! Now, I can take a day off of work this week and drag myself back into the city and try again or I can wait until I get to your end. Realistically, we are likely to only be in Pollenca, PP and local supermarkets within the first few days of our holiday and that will be a Wednesday and Thursday (for market purposes). Is there much choice of summer clothing shops or sellers in those areas at that time? TIA

Yes there are shops along the front and market stalls selling what you are looking for .

Yes a lot of the shops have what you are looking for, and reasonable prices, most have their summer sales on. We bought some dresses for the wife when we were over, it was so hot that you only need very thin loose clothes so the dresses they sell there are ideal, we paid 14 euros for a flowing tie-die dress that was perfect, lots of different styles.
Most places sell the large wraps also with varies prints on, they make an ideal beach dress and you can use it to cover up ion the beach when you get to hot!!
