What a shame it wasnt a good experience for you. It obviously has to be sorted out what time is best etc etc. I would be interested in hearing in detail about it all but maybe as a PM!:D

We had this conversation a couple of months ago on the Taps Bar. Water is continually filtered as well as under UV lights. Also, the fish have NO TEETH!:D
I would still want to check out the basic...

Oh I so agree! Managed to walk for ages round an exhibition in London after having one done, felt like walking on air. They also do it for the hands too, not sure about staring at fish that close up...
