its not easy try spot which way they go after leaving the pool .they are a pest the good news is the sting is not bad they are called Paper wasps not the same as the UK wasp. but they are a pain...

you can buy a spray in the feretariae that you spray round the surround of the pool this deters them from landing for water . it works for us. you also need to go on a hunt you must have a nest or 3...
