Default Evo - Cap Formentor and Sa Colabra

While not condoning enthusiastic driving

Not sue if this was posted anywhere before (search didn't provide anything) however this is a really good video showing and giving some information on the routes. Even if you're not into cars its worth the watch to see the scenery and listen to how the presenter falls for the roads and shows the area in a very good light.

3 weeks till I'm there and cycling the roads so this was a nice little reminder.

Its a great bit of road - Even in a hired Seat Ibiza!

Stunning views and a million miles from the Magaluf image that some have of Mallorca.

I so envy your fitness in cycling those hilly, and relentlessly bendy lanes to the lighthouse.

The Boxster is a great car, but knowing those lanes, and the different types of users (tourists unfamiliar with the roads, cycling groups and the occasional goat) the video did make me wince a few times.

Yes, definitely one for first thing in the morning which is when Evo seemed to do it as shown by the video later in the day when all the tourist cars and busses were there.

Cycling those roads isn't bad when you've got plenty of water and get into a good gear on the bike, just keep going. Worth it for the reward of a cool beer (or 3) at Algar when you get back to the Port.
