Default Bay view

Just been looking through some pictures on the website of the Hotel Panorama taken by one of their guest’s. I found those taken from the abandoned Hostal Posada Verano at the far end of the bay to be particularly interesting [they’re at the bottom of the gallery].
Welcome To Hotel Panorama, Puerto De Pollensa, Majorca.
Thank you whoever took them, several potential desktop background contenders there…

Thank you so much for sharing these photos, have just spent a very enjoyable half hour looking at them and longing to be back there......on a cold grey day in North Yorkshire it was a lovely bit of escapism......there really is nowhere like PP.

Great photos, skies you can only dream of here at the moment! I've also thought how good that hotel on the edge of Alcudia could be again for someone brave enough to take on a major refurb! Excellent position and views but a bit whiffy at times!

What an amazing set of photos! The colours, the clarity of the water, the views...as 'annieh' says, have spent a good 1/2 hour going through them! As regards the Hostal Posada Verano pics it's a shame to see it in such a state. Each summer I cycle past thinking what beautiful views it would have had, but I guess it was just that little too far away from anywhere, not really walkable to PP or the centre of old town Alcudia. Also, I agree with 'nickpaulanoah', it does get a bit whiffy around along that stretch of road at times. Often have I had to cycle past at full speed whilst holding my breath!!

I've spent a while browsing these wonderful photos, makes you feel so much brighter on what is a miserable, dark day in Rochdale!

Fantastic, the winter photos with clear blue sky and full sun are my favourites.

More people should visit in the winter if they can get there.

I imagine it may have been somewhat illegal with it being so tall, on the edge of the Bay and next to the Albufereta. Possibly impossible to sell and or renovate.

I was looking at these photos and trying to pinpoint where the Cap Del Moll is?

Looking at the colored one and seeing the road cut into the mountainside, it looks like where the Bar La Cantina and fuel station are now situated.

It looks like it is behind the port this side of the Bouquer valley.
