Thanks so much for sharing these - They are superb. I have really enjoyed looking at each one.

I love walking along the Pinewalk in the late evening when everybody has headed off to bed. There is something very special about the atmosphere and feel of it, which is really captured in your photos.

The view of the couple seating looking out to sea makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand-up. That same view down to the Pinewalk from the Formentor Road was my first ever view of the sea at PP, and even now, when arriving back in PP, I tend to park by the Oro Playa, just so that I can share "that first glimpse" again.

You have brought many warm memories to this cold day - Thank you.

Gosh what a lovely selection of photos Mark. Really shows PP to be the lovely place it is and very inviting even when out of season. Thank you for sharing.

Great photos Mark. Brings back memories of when I lived in the port for 7 months throughout last winter.

Pleased that it means something special to you

Funny that you should mention the Ora Playa as the apartment I am staying in is directly opposite the Ora Playa and my hire car is parked there on the old formentor road every night.

This mornings (12th the November) first picture at about 09:00 AM, I liked the clear blue sky and white building and it was a welcome site after last nights high winds.
Closed down and whitewashed windows for the winter, very quiet in this part of town.

-

Turned the corner down the street to the sea and this was the view, I said ' WOW' to myself even though I have see it thousands of times before.
Not expecting such beauty after such a windy night.

Full sun and blue sky with a blustery wind which was pleasantly warm.

I like this glass balcony with the outdoor plastic floor lamps and look at that sky.

Peaceful on the pine walk this morning at about 09:00 AM

The strong winds overnight had blow over the large plant pots outside Cappucino/ Sis pins.
Such a shame as all the pots where broken and they looked so good yesterday.

Dogs chasing ducks in the Sea ( and getting told off by their owner)

I really miss our Labrador puppy this week so I notice all dogs, I need to stroke and cuddle a dog...dog owners will know what I mean.

Thank you for posting the photos-after a full on day at work these are a real tonic. I know it's probably not as warm as it looks but the gritter went past me on the way home tonight so it's got to be warmer than that

Such a beautiful, sunny, peaceful morning especially on the Pine Walk. The whole place looks so serene and perhaps a bit unreal to me as I have never been out during the winter months before This has definitely got to be in my plans soon to change that What I can't understand though is the photograph with the plant pots. The plant pots have fallen but the umbrellas and chairs don't seem to have moved at all

People in Shorts in November, it is warm enough.

-

There was a sunbather this morning on the beach in front of Can Josep, I best not post a picture.....

--------

Today has been beautiful and warm with some wind.

We went to Pollensa town this afternoon and that was even warmer as more sheltered with less wind.

The car display showed 29 degrees as it had been parked in the hot sun, soon cooled to 20 degrees when driving.

This is winter which is why not many people are here.....

That's it for today, will see what tomorrow brings.

Hi Mark, I'm sure your dog would love a walk on that amazing beach, maybe one day eh? Shame the refuge don't let you borrow a dog for a day.
