Question Mysterious Yacht

My OH has just driven along the seafront and on the beach by the Club Del Sol is a 40ft+ yacht neatly parked but with a storm sail still set. It looks like it is still sailing but however has run aground. There was no sign of any crew but the Guardia Civil appeared to be investigating. I hope the crew are safe and warm somewhere.

Hope they aren't smugglers but if they are they could now be in a nice safe and warm cell .

Seriously though i do hope nobody is injured.
