Question Need a potato peeler!

Hi all
The apartment we are renting has everything except a potato peeler. Where can I buy one? Have looked in the supermarket and Lidl's but nothing going. Sounds a bit sick I know but I hate cooking without one. Richard

Totally agree. I don't think there's a single kitchen item in there that they don't stock !!

Assuming it's the one not on the main street ?

Found it and got it! That shop is a Chinese Tardis! I was amazed when I got inside and they should issue maps at the door so you can find your way out again. A place to remember that's for sure. R

I know what you mean Richard, when hubby says he is just popping down there i know i won't see him again for at least an hour and a half.......of course he does have to pass El Posito and Bar Romero is just across the road from the shop .

You'll get just about anything in there, and at a good price, most things come from China these days, so there's no problem with quality. Only the girl at the counter speaks English, make sure you speak to her, or goodness knows what you'll end up with
Sign of the times, i suppose, but i do miss the shops they used to have around the square which sold this kind of stuff, older posters will remember them.
