Yep!!!, bracing myself for a fun packed evening in El Posito on Friday, my seat in the "dug-out" has been reserved by Toni .

See you there then! Crash helmets at the ready for the dugout seat I would suggest! Think I will stay back a few lines!

Jiggs; my camera is always steady for the important photos!!

I don't live far from the Ramblers home ground in Crosby....so good luck to the lads. Does anyone take any photos of the actual match?

Oh yes! As long as the sun's not in my eyes and I'm not jumping up and down shouting!

Such a shame our friends coming over at the end of September won't be here for the match. Peter is from Crosby and went to Merchant Taylors school with quite a few of the team.

Good luck to them next Saturday

Oh you are lucky! Its a late one this year for some reason. At the moment it is 7pm, we all know it can change, but odds on it will stay!

Time change. What a surprise!! Now at 5.30 to allow a local match to be played afterwards.

Tonight was the 1st official night of the Ramblers 2013 tour and as per tradition they were all dining in El Posito. I heard them before i saw them but from my reserved seat in the dug-out (aka the bar) they looked very good in their bright yellow shirts, sun glasses and false tashes.
These guys really know how to party as i think i have said before, unfortunately one of the key players over did it a little and there are serious doubts that he will be fit to play tomorrow, i did offer to substitute for him but as i have a dodgy bone in my leg i failed the fitness test .

Anyway here are a few photos from tonight's training session :- Liverpool Ramblers 2013 1st night in El Posito. - a set on Flickr.

At least they are sticking to the same format as last year - lets hope it improves the score!! Certainly not slowing down for them at OHaras at the moment either! Half of them aren't even too sure what time kick off is tomorrow! Should be an interesting match, what ever time it is!

Oh I forgot to say the theme for this year is " The stiff upper lip tour 2013", this is emblazoned on the sleeves of their shirts, I wonder if it's an omen...do they think they will lose again????? .

A great match! Ramblers won 1-0! I have a bit of a teeny headache this morning, but I know a few who will have a worse one!
